Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Clippa. If you use Clippa on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Your Account

• You are responsible for the security of your account.
• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• Notify us of any unauthorized use at support@clippa.io.

Acceptable Use

• Use Clippa only for lawful purposes.
• Do not upload content you do not have rights to use or share.
• Do not attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the service.
• Respect platform rules when auto-uploading to social networks.

Content and Licenses

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Clippa a limited license to host, process, and distribute your content only to provide the services you request.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid plans renew automatically unless canceled. Charges are billed in advance per billing cycle. You can cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the current paid period.

Third-Party Services

Clippa integrates with third-party services like social platforms and payment providers. Your use of those services is governed by their terms and policies.

Termination

You may stop using Clippa at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or to protect Clippa and users.

Disclaimers

Clippa is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clippa will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the service or by email.
